People who have actually gone though the process please respondDoes Cathy Howse's Ultra black Hair growth system work?
I haven't gone through her process but what she says is her book, is what I do anyway. Except she doesn't believe in getting ends trimmed, which is important to keep hair healthy. I don't think there is a special process needed to keep hair healthy.
